The 3D 5-axis CNC waterjet cutting machine was developed by MaviJet engineers for manufacturing high-precision angled cuts from 0 to 120 degrees. Thanks to its rigid construction, which is unaffected by the deflector force of the high-pressure coil, 3D cutting can be performed with an accuracy of 0.02 mm. The 5-axis head rotates 360 degrees. This machine is indispensable if you need to process not only sheet material but also parts with complex geometry. Using a modern CNC system, the machine recognizes the 3D model of the part and cuts out what is required along the specified trajectory. Additionally, this machine is equipped with a profile tube cutting system. Tubes and profiles can be cut with high precision compared to laser technology. A stainless steel separator, developed by our engineers and integrated into the system, provides optimal solutions for profile and tube cutting. 7 servo motors operating simultaneously perform smooth and fast axial movements. The post-processor and all software are created by Mavijet.
