Machines for fine boring and deep hole roller polishing (SRB)
This type of machine is a modern alternative to classical deep hole drilling, combining roughing and high-precision finishing in one technological cycle. The use of a special tool SRB (Skiving & Roller Burnishing) allows cutting during the forward stroke and roller burnishing/polishing during the return stroke.
The result is an ultra-high surface quality with roughness Ra 0.05–0.4 µm without additional operations.

Dezhou Guanlu model series:
